A signboard is still the fastest way to put a name on a unit: HDB shop, factory gate, clinic door, carpark totem, office directory. I-SIGNAGE cuts, prints and finishes boards in acrylic, ACM, aluminium and stainless, then installs them on the substrate that is actually on site — not a generic wall from a catalogue photo.
This page is for flat and panel signs. If you want hollow illuminated letters, use channel letters. If the whole fascia is a lit box, use lightbox signage.

Thickness, print and outdoor spec
Acrylic shop boards are usually 5 mm or 8 mm; 3 mm is for indoor plates only. ACM 3 mm is fine for a screw-fixed gate sign; 4 mm sits flatter on a wide fascia. Outdoor print gets laminate. We specify marine-grade stainless fittings on coastal or swimming-pool facing signs.
Standoff mounts (typically 15–25 mm) are used on glass and tiled lobbies so the board does not trap moisture against the wall. Concealed aluminium frames are used when the landlord will not accept visible screw heads on a painted fascia.
What we need to quote a board
Width × height, single or double sided, indoor or outdoor, wall type (RC, brick, ACM cladding, glass, gypsum), and whether the board replaces an existing sign that must be removed and made good. A phone photo of the wall with a tape or door in frame is enough to start.

How long does a simple acrylic signboard take?
Typically 1–2 weeks after artwork sign-off. Same-week jobs are possible for flat indoor boards when the CNC slot is open.
Can you match an existing board that is fading?
Yes if you still have the original artwork. If not, we redraw from a photo and you approve a print proof before we cut.
Do you remove the old signboard?
Yes. Removal, patching of screw holes and making good the paint or cladding is quoted with the new board so the wall is not left scarred.
Are projecting signboards allowed on HDB shops?
It depends on the town council / HDB guidelines for that block. We check projection, height and lighting before fabricating a blade sign.
