I-SIGNAGE makes commercial signage in our own workshop at 1072 Eunos Avenue 5 — not a trading desk that farms cutting and lighting out. Artwork is nested, letters are routed or formed, LED modules are wired, and faces are finished under one roof before the install team goes to site.
That matters in Singapore because shopfronts, mall lot-fronts and office lobbies rarely match a catalogue size. Fascia widths, landlord set-backs, existing electrical points and access all change the build. We survey, fabricate to those measurements, then install.
What we fabricate

Materials we keep on the floor
Cast and extruded acrylic (typically 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm) for faces, backing and standoff letters. Aluminium composite (ACM) 3 mm / 4 mm for light, flat boards. Aluminium sheet for channel-letter returns and lightbox carcasses. Stainless steel 304 for most indoor logos; 316 where the sign sits in a wet or coastal exposure. PVC foam board for indoor directories and short-run boards.
Outdoor faces get UV-stable vinyl or UV print plus laminate. We do not spec indoor-only film on a west-facing HDB shopfront — Singapore sun cooks cheap vinyl in months.
How a made-in-Eunos job runs
1. Send a shopfront photo, logo (AI/PDF/SVG if you have it) and rough width. 2. We confirm whether a site survey is needed — almost always yes once letters are illuminated or the fascia is irregular. 3. Fabrication drawing: letter height, stroke width, return depth, power location, mounting. 4. Production: CNC / laser / metalwork / wiring. 5. Install: ladder, scaffold, scissor or boom depending on height and pavement permits.
Simple acrylic boards: about 1–2 weeks from drawing sign-off. Illuminated channel letters and lightboxes: typically 2–4 weeks, longer if mall drawings or PE endorsement sit in the critical path.
Why fabrication in-house changes the quote
Stroke width on a script logo often decides whether a letter can take an LED module or must stay solid acrylic. We catch that on the drawing, not after a third-party factory has already formed the returns. Power-supply boxes are sized so they fit the void behind an ACM fascia, not an imagined wall cavity. If a module fails after handover, the same bench that built the sign can re-wire it.

Do you only make signs, or do you also install?
Both. The Eunos workshop fabricates; our installers fix, wire and commission islandwide. Installation is quoted from access, height and whether work must run after mall or office hours.
Can you work from a PNG logo?
Yes, but we convert it to cut-ready vectors first (S$50 per logo conversion, and you keep the file). Poor vectors are the usual reason letters look uneven on a fascia.
Do I need to visit the workshop?
Not required. Most clients approve drawings on WhatsApp. You can visit 1072 Eunos Avenue 5, #01-160 if you want to see materials or a sample letter.
