Common failures we see

- Whole sign dead — driver / isolator / water in the supply

- Loose or missing letters — failed silicone on ACM with no mechanical backup
- Faded outdoor print — UV, no laminate, west sun
What we will not do
We will not keep patching indoor LED tape on an outdoor fascia. We will not re-silicone a 15 kg stainless logo onto emulsion. If the cassette is structurally finished, the quote is a new cassette and letters.
Access
Repair often needs the same lift as the original install. That cost is real. A ‘cheap repair’ that ignores the boom is how people fall off ladders.

Can you repair a sign another company made?
Yes after inspection. Parts may not match; we may need to re-module a whole letter set so the colour temperature matches.
How fast can you attend?
Dead shopfronts are queued ahead of cosmetic fades. Same-week is common if access is simple; mall night slots follow the centre’s calendar.
Is repair cheaper than a new sign?
When the carcass is sound, yes. When three letters are corroded through, no — we will say so.
