LED Signage in Singapore
LED signage here means the lighting system inside letters and boxes, and the outdoor LED panel jobs that sit on façades. Same discipline in both cases: module choice, voltage, driver headroom, IP rating, and a way to service the power supply without demolishing the fascia.
We are a signage maker that wires LED, not an LED-screen rental company. If you need a concert wall, that is a different trade.

Modules, voltage and drivers
12 V is common in smaller letters; 24 V on longer runs to cut voltage drop. We calculate drop along the letter string so the last ‘E’ is not dimmer than the first. Outdoor modules are IP65+. Drivers are constant-voltage, oversized for tropical ambient, in a ventilated accessible enclosure with an isolator.
RGB and animation need a controller and a conversation about whether the mall allows flashing faces. Many do not.

Pitch, brightness (nits), viewing distance, waterproof carcass, structural frame and PE if the panel is large. Power and data, not just a pretty night photo. We survey structure before we order modules.

My old sign is half-dead. Can you re-lamp it?
Often yes — that is a repair job. We open a letter, match module type and voltage, and replace the failed run plus any swollen driver. If the returns are corroded through, replacement is cheaper than another patch.
Do LED signs use a lot of power?
Modern modules are modest compared with fluorescent boxes. The quote can include an estimated load so your electrician can confirm the point.
Can the sign dim at night?
Yes if we specify a dimmable driver or a photocell / timer. Malls sometimes require reduced brightness after a set hour.
Will you use indoor strips outdoors?
No. Indoor IP20 strip on an outdoor fascia is a callback waiting for the first storm.
