Acrylic Signage in Singapore

Acrylic is the workhorse material: shop boards, reception letters, directory plates, standoff logos on glass. It machines cleanly, takes UV print and vinyl, and can be opal for a lightbox face or clear for a floating logo.

Thickness is not a style choice. 3 mm for indoor plates, 5–8 mm for shop boards, 10 mm+ for solid 3D letters. We will not sell 3 mm as an outdoor fascia board.

Clear, opal, coloured, frosted

Clear for standoff logos and neon backing. Opal / translucent for lightbox faces. Coloured cast sheets when the brand colour is the sheet, not the print. Frosted and sandblast-effect for office door plates and privacy bands (see also window graphics).

Print, vinyl and laser

UV print onto the face or second-surface print on clear (print on the back so the front stays glossy and cleanable). Vinyl for simple names and when you expect to change copy. Laser-cut letters with flame-polished edges for indoor 3D.

Fixings

Standoffs on glass and stone. Screw + cap on ACM. Aluminium split battens for large boards so expansion in afternoon sun does not bow a sealed edge. Silicone alone is not a fixing for an 8 mm outdoor board.
