Signage Installation in Singapore
Installation is where signage jobs succeed or fail in Singapore: five-foot ways, mall night slots, glass curtain walls, and an electrical point that is never quite where the drawing said.
We install what we fabricate. Access equipment, substrate method and electrical isolation are priced from a survey, not from a hope.
Access equipment
A-frame or podium ladder for single-storey shopfronts with a clear pavement. Scaffold when the fascia is high and a lift cannot stand on the walkway. Scissor lift on flat indoor mall floors and loading bays. Boom lift when we must reach over a planter, drain or parked cars. We will not stand on a plastic stool over a live shop entrance.
Wall substrates
- RC / brick — mechanical anchors sized to the load
- ACM / aluminium cassette — rail or through-fix into structure, not into the skin alone
- Glass — standoffs, edge distances, no shock loads
- Stone — BM permission; sometimes a totem instead of drilling
- Gypsum — pattress or decline the hang
Electrical
Dedicated isolator, IP-rated glands on outdoor boxes, drivers accessible, earthing where the carcass requires it. We coordinate with the shop’s electrician when the DB is their scope. We do not leave a 13 A plug dangling behind a lightbox ‘for now’.
After-hours and disruption
Malls, offices and F&B that trade late are installed after close or before open. Road-facing work that needs a boom may need a police / town-council permit for the pavement. That lead time is in the programme.

Do you install third-party signs?
Rarely. We cannot warranty a box we did not wire. Repair of an existing sign is a separate inspection.
Who books the scissor lift?
We do, unless the mall forces their approved vendor — in which case we coordinate and the lift line is still in the quote.
What do you need on the survey?
Access to the fascia, the electrical isolator, and a contact who can speak for the landlord. A closed shutter and no keys means we come back.
