Outdoor LED is a structure-and-power job. Pitch and nits are chosen for the viewing distance from the road, not from a showroom video. The carcass is gasketed; cable glands are IP-rated; the driver bank is serviceable without dropping the whole panel.
If the elevation needed PE or a signboard licence, that sat on the programme before the lift was booked. Installing a heavy panel onto ACM cladding with no rail is not a method we use.
